Ningbo United to Set Up 100 Million Yuan Real Estate Subsidiary
Ningbo United Group (600051.SH): The construction development company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary.
On January 20, Gelonghui reported that Ningbo United Group (600051.SH) announced that on January 20, 2025, the company will hold the first extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of the 10th session, to review and approve the proposal regarding the investment to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary by the wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningbo United Group Construction Development Co., Ltd. It was agreed that the wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo United Group Construction Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Construction Development Company") will establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary. The new company's registered capital is 0.1 billion yuan, funded by Construction Development Company in MMF. The purpose of establishing the above subsidiary is to meet the needs of the recently won project in Shengsi County.
