Gelonghui reported on November 21 that China Northern Rare Earth (600111.SH) announced that, in order to build a world-class leading rare earth enterprise, and according to the strategic deployment and overall requirements of the company's controlling shareholder Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union's energy system integration, the company plans to invest physical assets and mmf to jointly establish Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Xin Energy Co., Ltd. (tentative name, final name subject to industrial and commercial registration), hereinafter referred to as the new company, to promote the implementation of the energy system integration. The physical assets the company intends to invest this time are the No. 66 furnace of the company's smelting branch.
