Recently, the Shanghai branch of Bank Of Communications issued a "Commitment Letter for Share Buyback Loan", promising to provide loan support for this buyback, with a loan amount of 0.45 billion yuan, specifically for the company's share buyback in the A-share market. Based on the above changes, the funding source for this buyback has changed from "company's own funds" to "company's own funds and loans from Financial Institutions".
