Lucky Film (600135.SH): Some assets are planned to be transferred free of charge to a wholly-owned subsidiary.
On December 17, Gelonghui reported that Lucky Film (600135.SH) announced that its 9-10# production line was gradually completed between 2009 and 2011, and began producing release films and CECEP Solar Energy back panels, among other products. Currently, there are no suitable products for production, resulting in low equipment utilization rates. At the same time, in recent years, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Lucky Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lucky Medical"), has continuously improved its product innovation capabilities. Some R&D products urgently need to undergo pilot testing and require modifications to the 9-10# line for use; therefore, it is proposed to transfer certain fixed assets of the 9-10# line to Lucky Medical free of charge.
