Gelonghui September 27th | Anhui Xinke New Materials (600255.SH) announced that in order to expand the company's industry chain, better serve downstream customers, and improve the company's future profitability, the company will use its rich customer resources, combined with the technical advantages of partners, to sign a "High-speed Copper Connection Project Investment Cooperation Agreement" with the People's Government of SANTAI County, NEWATOPSIPHTECHPTELTD, and Xintuo Zhi Xin (Santai) Electronic Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), jointly investing in and constructing the high-speed copper connection project in Santai County. The total investment of the project is approximately 0.5 billion yuan (to be phased in according to the actual progress of the project).

On August 20, Geelong announced that Anhui Xinke New Materials (600255.SH) has received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Sichuan Rongxin, regarding the change of shareholders of Sichuan Rongxin Hongzi Technology Co., Ltd. After review and approval by the Sandai County Committee and County Government, Sichuan Rongxin's 100% equity was transferred to Sichuan Zifa without compensation. Sichuan Zifa is a state-owned sole proprietorship funded by Sandai County State-owned Assets Office, the actual controller of the Company. As a result of this equity transfer, Sandai County Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. no longer holds any shares in Sichuan Rongxin, and Sichuan Zifa holds 100% of the shares in Sichuan Rongxin. The relevant business registration has been completed. The shareholding structure of the controlling shareholder has been changed as a result of this transaction.
