Yunnan Jinggu Forestry Suspends Operations of Tangxian Huiyin Wood Subsidiary
Jinggu Forestry (600265.SH): A subsidiary has temporarily suspended production.
Gelonghui December 31丨 Jinggu Forestry (600265.SH) announced that, considering recent customer demand, sufficient inventory, equipment maintenance arrangements, and the 2025 Spring Festival holiday, along with Industry practices, the company's holding subsidiary Tangxian Huayin Wood Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huayin Wood Industry") has planned the following temporary production stoppages: 1. The particle board production line is planned to temporarily stop production soon, with equipment maintenance expected to take 14 days, and the overall temporary stoppage is expected to not exceed 51 days. 2. The fiberboard production line is planned to temporarily stop production soon, with the overall temporary stoppage expected to not exceed 23 days.

Glory Exchange reported on December 11 that Jinggu Forestry (600265.SH) announced that on December 11, 2024, it received a notification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as 'the Exchange') regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Yunnan Jinggu Forestry Co., Ltd. for listing on the Main Board (Zheng Jian Shang Shen [2024] No. 289). The Exchange verified the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of securities on the Main Board in accordance with relevant regulations, found that the application documents were complete and in legal form, and decided to accept and conduct a review in accordance with the law.
