On January 24, Gelonghui reported that Shenzhen Expressway Corporation (600548.SH) announced that to meet the funding needs of the approved road expansion and renovation project, on January 24, 2025, Hehe China (currently holding a 45% profit distribution right in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai company) and Guangdong Highway Construction (currently holding a 55% profit distribution right in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai company) jointly signed the "Capital Increase Agreement between Guangdong Province Highway Construction Co., Ltd. and Hehe China Development (Highway) Co., Ltd. regarding Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Zhuhai Expressway Co., Ltd." ("Capital Increase Agreement"). According to the capital increase agreement, Hehe China and Guangdong Highway Construction agree to the terms stated in the agreement.
