On December 20, Gelonghui reported that Wuxi Taiji Industry (600667.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Haidai Semiconductors (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haidai Semiconductors"), intends to transfer receivables not exceeding 80 million USD formed during its Business Operation to the Wuxi Taihu New Town Branch of China Construction Bank Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CCB Taihu New Town Branch"). The CCB Taihu New Town Branch will pay Haidai Semiconductors no more than 80 million USD for the receivables buyout, and Haidai Semiconductors will pay a buyout service fee to the CCB Taihu New Town Branch, with the total buyout service fee expected to be around 0.332 million USD.
