JinChuang Investment intends to transfer its 71,508,968 shares in the company, accounting for 14.61% of the total share capital, to Hainan Shennong Technology Group through a non-public agreement, while also terminating the previous delegation of 14.6% of shares that JinChuang Investment entrusted Hainan Shennong Technology Group to exercise.
