On January 7, Gelonghui reported that Dongfang Electric Corporation (600875.SH) announced that its holding subsidiary, Dongfang Wind Power, has transferred 51% equity of Mu Le Dong Xin to Chuan Tou New Energy for a price of 929 million yuan. The transaction price is based on the valuation of 1,820.63 million yuan assessed using the income method with September 30, 2024, as the valuation base date. After negotiation among the parties involved, the transaction price corresponding to this 51% equity has been determined as 929 million yuan, which will be paid in Cash.
