On June 20th, GeLonghui reported that Bank of Hangzhou (600926.SH) announced that, after approval from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the People's Bank of China, the company successfully issued its “Bank of Hangzhou Co., Ltd. 2024 Non-Fixed-Term Capital Bonds” (referred to as “these bonds” below) in the national interbank bond market. These bonds were booked on June 18th, 2024, and were fully issued on June 20th, 2024, with a total issuance scale of 10 billion yuan, a nominal interest rate of 2.41% for the first five years, and adjustments every five years. The company has the right to pay interest every year from the fifth year and onwards.
