Its predecessor was Orient Securities Co., Ltd., which opened on March 9, 1998. It is headquartered in Shanghai and currently has a registered capital of RMB 8.497 billion. The company successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 23, 2015 (stock code: 600958), and successfully issued and listed H shares on July 8, 2016 (stock code: 03958), becoming the fifth A+H stock listed brokerage firm in the industry.
