About First Tractor Company

The company's predecessor, No. 1 Tractor Factory, was founded in 1955. It is one of the 156 national key projects built during China's “First Five-Year Plan” period, and is a very large enterprise in China's agricultural machinery industry. In 1997, China Yituo Group Co., Ltd. carried out a shareholding system reform after restructuring tractor-related business, assets, liabilities, and personnel, established First Tractor Co., Ltd. according to law, and issued H shares overseas, and listed in Hong Kong on June 23 of the same year. On August 8, 2012, Yituo Co., Ltd. was listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the company became a listed company with an “A+H” share capital platform in China's agricultural machinery industry. The company is mainly engaged in R&D, manufacturing and sales of agricultural machinery, power machinery and related parts products. The main products include: manufacture and sale of agricultural machinery and power machinery.
