The company is a specialty comprehensive securities holding group headquartered in Hangzhou. The company's predecessor was Zhejiang Finance Securities Company, founded in 1993. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in October 2017, and is the only brokerage firm directly under the province in Zhejiang. The company's main business is divided into ten major sectors, namely wealth management business, investment banking business, securities asset management business, securities investment business, securities credit business, futures business, overseas securities business, fund business, private equity investment fund business, and alternative investment business.
