The company was founded on December 28, 2010, and was co-sponsored by Guangzhou Port Group, SDIC Transportation Holdings, and Guangzhou Development; in May 2014, the company introduced COSCO Group and Shanghai Zhonghai Terminal as strategic investors. On March 29, 2017, the company's shares were successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company's main business is terminal construction and operation and port logistics.
