On December 19, Gelonghui reported that CDB LEASING (01606.HK) announced that the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease arrangement with the lessee (Yangzhou Jiayi Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.) and the seller (Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd Jiangxi Electric Utilities) on December 18, 2024, according to which, (i) the company, as the buyer, signed a transfer contract with the lessee and the seller to purchase the symbol at a cost of 0.7755 billion yuan from the seller, and (ii) the company, as the lessor, signed a financing lease contract with the lessee, agreeing to lease the leased item (the symbol) to the lessee for a period of 216.

On December 17, Gelonghui reported that Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd (601669.SH) announced that it recently signed a contract for the second segment of the main line project of the Belgrade Metro Line 1 Phase 1 with the Belgrade Metro Company. The contract amount is approximately 5.488 billion yuan. This project is located on the north-south connecting line in the main urban area of Belgrade, Serbia, entirely situated east of the Sava River and south of the Danube River. The main scope of this project includes geological surveys, construction drawing design, and main structure construction for certain shafts, shield segments, elevated sections, and open-cut sections of Belgrade Metro Line 1, as well as the relocation of public facilities.
