About Ningbo Construction Company
The company's predecessor was Ningbo Construction Engineering Company, founded in July 1951. It has a development history of nearly 70 years. In December 2001, the company was the first to complete state-owned enterprise restructuring among similar state-owned construction enterprises in Zhejiang Province. On August 16, 2011, the company first publicly issued A-shares and officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. On October 15, 2019, Ningbo Trading became the largest shareholder of Ningbo Construction Engineering, and the Ningbo Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission became the actual controller of Ningbo Construction Engineering. The company's main business is surveying, design, construction and installation of housing construction projects, construction of municipal roads and bridges, landscaping, urban rail transit construction, building decoration, design and construction of building curtain walls, and the production and sale of ready-mixed commercial concrete and cement prefabricated components.
