Red Star Macalline Group Corporation (601828.SH): Chairman Zheng Yongda resigned.
On March 21, Glonghui reported that Red Star Macalline Group Corporation (601828.SH) announced that it received a resignation report submitted by Chairman Zheng Yongda. Due to work reasons, Zheng Yongda applied to resign from the chairman position of the fifth Board of Directors and will no longer serve as the chair of the Board of Directors’ Strategy and Investment Committee. After resigning, Zheng Yongda will still serve as a non-executive director and a member of the Board of Directors’ Strategy and Investment Committee, Nomination Committee, and Compensation and Assessment Committee. The thirty-third interim meeting of the fifth Board of Directors reviewed and approved the "Proposal for Electing a Chairman" and the "Proposal for Changing the Position of Directors." Mr. Li Yupeng will be promoted from non-executive director.
