The aforementioned long-term charter agreement is subject to approval by the Shareholders' meeting to take effect.

This vessel is the third of the five Aframax tankers ordered by the company between 2021 and 2023, and it is a new generation of Energy-saving and Environmentally Friendly tankers equipped with a desulfurization scrubber. After delivery, the Kaizhou is intended to be deployed in the western (Americas) market. The gradual delivery and operation of this series of vessels will optimize the structure of the company's tanker fleet in terms of vessel type and age, strengthening the Aframax fleet.
