China National Nuclear Power (601985.SH) has announced that the company plans to invest 0.5 billion yuan in setting up a wholly-owned subsidiary, China National Nuclear Energy Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (provisional name, subject to the registration name approved by the industrial and commercial bureau, referred to as the Nuclear Energy Development Company), to fulfill the responsibilities of developing new nuclear energy projects, in order to promote the professional, intensive, and standardized management of nuclear energy development business.
