Mr. Sun Bing resigned from the position of director of the third board of directors, positions in relevant specialized committees of the board, and the role of general manager for personal reasons. After resigning, Mr. Sun Bing also stepped down as the company's legal representative and will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. The board of directors also received a written resignation from Mr. Li Youxing, the independent director of the company, who resigned from his position as independent director of the third board of directors and relevant specialized committees of the board for personal reasons.
