On December 24, Gulonghui reported that Junhe Pumps Holding (603617.SH) held the sixth meeting of the fifth Board of Directors and the fifth meeting of the fifth Supervisory Board on December 24, 2024, and reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the extension of the fundraising investment projects for the privately placed stocks. Considering the actual construction status of the current privately placed stocks fundraising investment projects, after careful research, the company plans to postpone the date for the commercial professional pump industrialization project, commercial professional pump research and development center project, and marketing network center project to reach the predetermined usable status until December 31, 2025.

On December 24, Gelonghui reported that Junhe Pumps Holding (603617.SH) announced that, according to preliminary calculations by the finance department, the net income attributable to the owners of the parent company for the year 2024 is expected to be between 76 million yuan and 82 million yuan. Compared to the same period last year (legal disclosure data), this will increase by 39.3808 million yuan to 45.3808 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 107.54% to 123.93%. The net income attributable to the owners of the parent company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, is expected to be between 68 million yuan and 72 million yuan.
