A total of 0.26 million tons, worth billions! This year, the largest Global Order of lithium iron phosphate falls to Changzhou Lithium Source.
A hundred billion Order shocks the market. On the evening of December 24, Jiangsu Lopal Tech. announced: its holding subsidiary, Changzhou Lithium Source, and Asia Pacific Lithium Source have revised the "Long-term Supply Agreement" signed with South Korea's LG New Energy (LGES) in February this year. The most notable change after the revision is that the sales quantity of lithium source's lithium iron phosphate Cathode Material to LGES before 2028 has increased from 0.16 million tons to 0.26 million tons. Based on the current market prices, the total market value of this latest Order is close to 10 billion yuan, making it the largest Trade contract signed in the Global lithium iron phosphate market this year.

Jiangsu Lopal Tech (02465.HK)'s subsidiary LBM New Energy (AP) Pte plans to increase its capital and introduce investors.
On December 20, Glonghui announced that Jiangsu Lopal Tech (02465.HK) entered into a subscription agreement on December 20, 2024, with the target company LBM New Energy (AP) Pte. Ltd (a non-wholly-owned indirect subsidiary), existing shareholders, and investors, under which INA and Aisis conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the target company conditionally agreed to issue subscription shares to INA and Aisis, equivalent to approximately 34.01% and 11.34% of the enlarged share capital of the target company upon completion, with subscription prices of 0.15 billion US dollars respectively.
