On December 30, Gelonghui announced that Forest Packaging Group (605500.SH) reported that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Linhai Forest Packaging Co., Ltd., received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance, and the State Administration of Taxation Zhejiang Provincial Tax Service. The certificate number is GR202433012015, issued on December 6, 2024, valid for three years. This recognition of Linhai Forest as a high-tech enterprise was obtained after re-evaluation following the expiration of the original certificate. According to the relevant regulations on tax incentives for high-tech enterprises, Linhai Forest will benefit from these tax preferences from this certification.
