• Tsensei : Whole Malaysia market is mostly like that now, lack of stimulus from budget 2025, but it is said that predicted to have big 5 years plans to be announced coming year,  and many ppl sell and keep cash in pocket while waiting such  US election result which will impact data centre market etc, and few other factors.
  In short, playing it safe is to keep cash, wait and see.
  Risk taker to buy now, since many counter is so cheap now, then wait for recover to earn big
  Depending on your style of playing

• Tsensei 102875548 OP : Usually opportunity is in the bear market if you play your cards right and correct counter , you earn big when recover. Not an accurate example but Then most recent example is during Japanese carry trade black Monday, this counter drop so much, then recovered.
  But if your style is to only riding on bull trend, less earning but safer. Your call
