On December 12, 2023, Gelonghui reported that Xiamen Tungsten New Energy (688778.SH) announced that based on the complementarity and compatibility of both parties in strategic cooperation, to maximize the advantages in technology, engineering, resources, production lines, and production capacity, enhance corporate efficiency, and achieve win-win cooperation, the company signed the "Solid State Battery Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") with Sunwoda Electronic on December 11, 2024, to leverage both parties' market and technological advantages in their respective fields, promote the industrialization of a series of new energy battery materials for solid-state batteries, establish a deep strategic cooperation relationship, and jointly develop solid-state batteries.
