Revenue increased by 4.9% year-on-year to 6.392 billion yen, operating profit rose by 595.1% to 0.208 billion yen, ordinary profit was 0.207 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.019 billion yen in the same period last year), and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company amounted to 0.092 billion yen (up from a loss of 0.04 billion yen in the same period last year). Revenue in the residence sector was 3.68 billion yen (a 3.4% decrease compared to the same period last year).
