On the 6th, G-7 Holdings <7508> announced that its subsidiary, G-7 Supermarket, has opened the "Grocery Supermarket Fusao Kashiwamori Store" in Fusao Town, Niwa County, Aichi Prefecture. With this, the number of Grocery Supermarket locations has reached 200 nationwide and 49 in the Chubu area. The new store has a sales floor area of 183 tsubo and employs 20 staff members. The hours of operation are from 9 AM to 9 PM and the annual sales target is 0.44 billion yen. Additionally, the store includes G-7 Meat Terabayashi, a subsidiary.

On the 3rd, G-7 Holdings <7508> announced that its subsidiary, G-7 Supermart, will merge with Bon Sante. The company, through G-7 Supermart and Bon Sante, is expanding the business supermarket operations nationwide as a franchisor. The merger aims to consolidate the management resources of the business supermarket operations to improve management efficiency. The effective date of the merger will be April 1, 2025, adopting an absorption merger method with G-7 Supermart as the surviving company.

On the 31st, G-7 Holdings <7508> announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (from April to December 2024). Revenue increased by 9.7% year-on-year to 159.797 billion yen, operating profit rose by 1.3% to 5.747 billion yen, ordinary profit grew by 1.5% to 6.05 billion yen, and net profit attributable to shareholders decreased by 6.9% to 3.884 billion yen. Revenue from the automotive-related business increased by 7.0% year-on-year to 34.782 billion yen, and ordinary profit increased by 33.7%.
