Olympus announces the succession process for the CEO.

On December 20, 2024, Olympus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Olympus) initiated a comprehensive succession process for the CEO following the resignation of the former CEO. While Yasuo Takeuchi, the Chairman and Representative Executive Officer, continues to serve as CEO, the company will proceed with the selection of the successor CEO.
