Takashima has acquired all the outstanding Stocks of Sanwa HD and made it a consolidated subsidiary.
Takasima <8007.T> announced on the 23rd that it has resolved to acquire all outstanding Stocks of Sanwa Holdings (Sanwa HD) located in Shinagawa, Tokyo, and make it a consolidated subsidiary. Sanwa HD is a holding company involved in the sales and installation of Photovoltaic Technology systems, among other businesses. As the renewable Energy market is expected to grow further, the company aims to consolidate the Sanwa HD Group, which possesses strong sales and installation capabilities, to enhance its renewable Energy division.
