Forval <8275> announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April-December 2024) on the 12th. Revenue increased by 13.0% year-on-year to 51.957 billion yen, operating profit increased by 22.6% to 2.343 billion yen, ordinary profit increased by 17.5% to 2.477 billion yen, and net profit attributable to Shareholders increased by 10.9% to 1.37 billion yen. The revenue of the Forval Business Group increased by 12.4% year-on-year to 26.159 billion yen, segment profit.
