J-Trust <8508> announced the acquisition status (in progress) regarding the acquisition of treasury stock based on the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act, reinterpreted and applied under Article 165, paragraph 3 of the same Act. The acquisition period is October 1-31, 2024 (on an all filled basis), with a total of 511,500 shares acquired and a total acquisition amount of 220,402,600 yen.
