Sea Technologies - Conclusion of a stock exchange agreement regarding the management integration with Kumika.
Sea Lat Technologies announced on the 2nd that at the board of directors meeting held on the same day, a business integration with Kumika <8887> was decided, making Kumika a complete parent company through a stock exchange and making the company a complete subsidiary through the stock exchange. A stock exchange agreement was concluded between the two companies. This stock exchange is planned to be implemented on June 1, 2025, as the effective date, if approved by a special resolution at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of both companies scheduled for February 14, 2025.
