On the 26th, Nisshin Co., Ltd. <9066> announced the release of a calculation tool called "Hakoloop" that makes it easy to compare Logistics costs and CO2 emissions due to differences in Logistics containers in international Logistics. "Hakoloop" is a free online web app designed to estimate the medium to long-term effects of introducing reusable Logistics containers (RTI). Users simply input product information, quantity, and operating period and select the assumed Logistics container to obtain the cumulative Logistics costs and CO2 emissions based on the operating period.

Nichin --- Regarding the introduction of EV Charging Stations.
On the 12th, Nisshin (9066) announced that it has installed two Charging Stations at the PC-13 operational office located in the Port Island area of Kobe Port, and started operations in January 2025. This EV Charging Station was installed to promote the replacement of business vehicles with electric vehicles at this operational office, and it is compatible with the 6.0 kW charging vehicles expected to become widespread in the future, allowing for quicker charging times. Electric vehicles are suited for short-distance movements, such as round trips within the container yard.
Nisshin - In the third quarter, both revenue and operating profit saw double-digit increases, with all three business divisions achieving double-digit growth in both revenue and profit.
Nisshin Inc. <9066> announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December 2024) on the 10th. Revenue increased by 19.2% year-on-year to 147.687 billion yen, operating profit increased by 17.8% to 7.537 billion yen, ordinary profit rose by 7.9% to 8.192 billion yen, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company surged by 81.2% to 9.825 billion yen. The logistics business revenue was up 18.8% year-on-year to 139.577 billion yen, segment profit (operating profit) was the same as previous year.
