Project Holdings - Transfer of consolidated subsidiary (stock transfer)
On the 26th, Project Holdings Co., Ltd. <9246> announced that it has decided to transfer all shares owned by Project Holdings in its subsidiary DCXforce to HSCOMPANY and has concluded a share transfer agreement. The share transfer execution date is scheduled for December 27, 2024. HSCOMPANY is a newly established corporation wholly owned by Mr. Shintaku, the president and representative director of DCXforce. Project Holdings completed this process in July 2022.
