The company will begin a logistics facility development project in the Kokura Minami Ward of Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture - the first logistics facility development undertaken solely by the company.
We are pleased to announce that we have decided to embark on the development project of a multi-tenant logistics facility near "Kokura Higashi IC" on the Kyushu Expressway in Kokura Minami Ward, Kitakyushu City. This project will be the first business in which a SPC (Special Purpose Company) funded solely by our company will serve as the main entity for the logistics facility development. The land for this development project is situated in Kitakyushu City, which has a geographical advantage as a junction between Kyushu and Honshu, allowing access to highway and port facilities.
