It has three segments; the engineering and construction segment includes engineering works specializing in earthworks, highway construction, and related infrastructure works, the property development segment includes the development of residential and commercial properties; and the property investment and management segment includes holding and management of assets for capital appreciation and rental income. Geographically, the group operates in the region of Malaysia, the Middle East, India, and Others. It derives a majority of its revenue through the engineering and construction segment.
