GothamAvenger OP Juhil Patel : That’s why you have to wait  after earnings lol. Honestly, if AAPL drops, it would be the best scenario since it would create a good imbalance, and yesterday we already had a gap down that will probably look to fill in the future. If it goes up, we need to see how the price behaves near the 20 SMA to see if there could be a CHoCH. In any case, it’s always better to trade after earnings and take advantage of the possible imbalances that are created. Trading earnings is like betting it all on black, and this isn’t a casino—unless you have a solid volatility analysis and play a straddle, but even then, I personally haven’t had good results doing that.
