Idk if it was arrogance or just greed, all the fees. Ridiculous fees, like an "account management" fee every month just for having an account. Theyve been doing everything they can to take advantage of geographical monopolies. Even Credit Unions have gotten bad, supposedly non-profit, still outrageous fees.
