102458277 : I am wondering any news
cong li : chill dude, know what you are buying, there's big difference between asset and merchandise
Mr Value investorOP cong li: I don’t know mate, can you please educate me?
cong li Mr Value investorOP: IMO the only real asset is Gold due to historically it's accepted as real money, the others i. e. lithium can be produced relatively massive and the competition is high, so even if the company is profitable, the market just keep following the price of lithium in this case, I believe the analogy is like the business which produces and sells surgical mask, in order the price to go up it needs condition which creates scarcity, so for me this is a merchandise, it doesn't mean we can't make money from it, it's just that the mechanic is wyckoff I believe, just my theory
cong li : also if we look at the lithium price, it went to lowest point in 2020, from current price it was more than 55% below from current price before it 10x, so I'm not surprised if this stock price drops to below 2 dollars, as long as the company is profitable, growing and healthy, I'm willing to be in the game when others capitulate, accumulation phase can also take years before the markup, but I just don't care, that's my opinion
