FANCY PANTS MindOverMatterOP: Just because they restructured their debt doesn't mean they have avoided the risk of bankruptcy. Reducing it by a potential $450M is a drop in the bucket and the Terms of the deal really aren't very good. The whole thing is actually pretty suspicious when you sit down to read the details (and not just the cliffnotes/headlines)
