$AMC Entertainment (AMC.US)$ Read the agreement; AMC hasn't sold all of the shares, Goldman Sachs has to trade in a range, otherwise the agreement can be canceled meaning their is a minimum amount AMC will issue shares and banks are screwed due to office realestate loans blowing up which may see the market selling off somtime this week and AMC may shoot up.
