I have posted this sometime ago and I will post again to help newly stuck investors. first of all, welcome to amd aka advance money destroyer.
I am currently stucked at 132 and will likely remain stuck for quite awhile. but this is how I manage my losses into profits. it is alot of work but definitely a great way to manage your position .
whenever it hits the lower band, get calls (best if its oversold lower than 30 rsi). and puts whenever it hits 20ma. get 2 we...

based on monthly chart we should be about a few months away to 85. and why 85 again because that's the neckline and demand zone. although I did mention that upon losing weekly 200ma typically it's around 15 to 20% drop. but amd might be exceptional. anyway I remembered getting roasted last few weeks for writing bearish predictions. as much as I want this stock to go bullish, but clearly, the candles and priceaction are telling me otherwise.
short term around 100...

151437369 : agree AMD is either going down further stuck in the decending channel or hit $100 resistance than stuck between 100-110. Currently, the market is becoming bearish on tech infrastructure/chips as a hole. The only upcoming chance for a small breakout is a perfect launch of the 90 series GPUs on Friday. This would only change outlook for a small part of the business but a part that has been dropping revenue. If the GPUs are not a massive success, then AMD will need at least 2 spectacular earnings reports or some crazy investment or massive data cetre order before break out.

pootpoot OP 102205868 (Tay) : I disagree for now. first of all i don't see any catalysts for a bull market. second, spy u can see it's losing steam . another sign is that it sells off very easily. these are signs of a reverse in market trend.
