The stock market had a mini sell off on Thursday as Wall Street were unimpressed by the quarterly earnings reports from megacap technology giants.
Meta, Microsoft and Nvidia all fell more than 4% - a rare scene that you don’t see often.
I guess the potential and promises of AI are not enough. Investors want solid returns from AI investment.

Boy oh boy, I had shorted 800 shares of SMCI but bought them back right before AMD reported their earnings otherwise it would’ve been a banger. I’ve been looking at the top gainers for the day and most of those stocks are up on now news so I try to short at the top and average in. Strategy has been working out so far.
