10baggerbamm OP 71676398 : it was meant to be a joke she buys train wrecks she sells winning companies to buy everything that has crashed. and most of the time what she buys tanks even further hence the Black swan

10baggerbamm OP Sweee : well I sold puts early last week at a $7 strike on amdl.
I still think I believe it's the 28th of January the earnings are going to stink and it could go to $90... that would be a really bad worst case scenario like not only their PC division is going to be weak which it will be and their gaming is going to be flat to only up a couple of points which that's about it but if they say anything about AI a deterioration and margins anything like that that's what would really take a hit to AMD stock.. I mean that's what the monthly charts indicate however we have the Trump effect right around the corner on the 20th. on the chip basket Sox and the ETF soxl we bounced off a 26 27 multiple times so I think there's support coming I think institutions will buy AMD even if they miss on the earnings and I think you're going to start hearing some analysts say you know 170 Target price which would put it right back to where it was a few months ago when Lisa Su started to talk so basically like a reversion to the mean it gets back to where it was but nowhere is near it's old highs from March of last year.
