Fair valuation on the rights would be above $1.5 billion, based on future milestones $900 million, future royalties & patents, the current formulation patent has exp date Dec 2031. The potential yearly sales in the U.S could reach $4 billion by 2027.

The market fell Wednesday, but Semiconductors and software were climbing again, sending the Nasdaq higher. The S&P hit a new trading record within an hour of trading, but pulled back.
