On February 26, Glory Capital reported that FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK) announced that on February 25, 2025, the hotel seller (Quality Drive Limited, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the buyer (AMTD IDEA Group) entered into a hotel sale agreement, under which the hotel seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the shares of the hotel property company.
