Their reckless spend on entertainment is getting ridiculous. NBA, NFL, “Hollywood”, Prime Video, etc. is so wasteful. It increases the value of prime but I don’t think retention is an issue.
The price of prime needs to increase if they’re going to keep spending on things like this, I don’t think most customers will care but there is a group that will.
