About Ardmore Shipping Company

Ardmore Shipping Corporation was incorporated in the Republic of the Marshall Islands on May 14, 2013 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of GA holding Co., Ltd. (GA Holdings LLC), a company registered in the Marshall Islands. Through an energy-efficient fleet of modern medium-sized product and chemical tankers, the company provides seaborne transport of petroleum products and chemicals to oil companies, national oil companies, oil and chemical traders and chemical companies around the world. The company's fleet consists of 12 ships, including eight in operation and four that will begin operation in January 2014, which together constitute the company's initial fleet.
