10baggerbamm : when you have the chairman of the SEC who's a shitbag, someone who is strictly told what to do and what sector to go after everything else is disregarded.. of course this shit bag is going to be resigning January 20th so going forward now that Trump is in office and he'll appoint a new head of the SEC maybe people will have some degree of accountability when fraud is utilized on a large scale for them to profit at the expense of others.
